Congo Connect Youth Initiative
Friends of the Congo in partnership with several youth groups is connecting youth throughout the Congo by establishing technology centers. The central purpose of the units is to serve as a social space for reflection on the challenges of the Congo, for the exchange of ideas, civic education and training.

How you can get involved
Are you a student group or community that can make a long term commitment to the Congolese youth? Are you committed to sustainable development? Do you believe that technology can give youth a voice in their society? Pledge to be a partner. City Council Resolution (PDF)

Work with you city council to pass a resolution in support of the Congo. Encourage the council to send the resolution to the state's Congressional Delegation, President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
